Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Provide customers with order status updates and shipment tracking information. Coordinate with the production team to communicate shipping timelines and updates to customers. Maintain accurate customer and order information while ensuring a positive customer experience. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience with order entry required. Previous customer service experience preferred, with strong phone and email communication skills.
