Key Responsibilities Process customer orders accurately through the ERP system, primarily from emailed orders, while managing assigned customer accounts. Communicate with customers, production, and sales teams regarding order status, shipping timelines, and tracking information. Maintain accurate customer records and provide exceptional customer service while supporting day-to-day order fulfillment. Qualifications Order entry experience is required. 2+ years of customer service experience (non-retail required). Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer skills; ERP experience is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
