What You'll Do:

Provide outstanding service to customers seeking turf commercial equipment parts needs — track orders, provide updates, and work with suppliers to keep our customers happy. Build strong customer relationships — from pricing and order entry to handling complaints and correcting billing errors. Collaborate with outside sales and fulfillment teams to precisely enter sales orders. Work closely with internal teams (sales, logistics, and warehouse) to ensure seamless operations. Assist in the warehouse with parts returns, stocking, and shipping issues like a pro. Pull and ship parts orders in the warehouse and assist to unload trucks. What You Bring to the

Table:

High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of customer service experience. Excellent phone and communication skills — you know how to keep things clear and professional. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and computer savvy (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint). Bonus points if you know the golf, landscaping, turf maintenance, or irrigation industry.
