Job Description
Position Summary Our client is seeking a Technical Account Coordinator to support customer relationships, project coordination, and operational workflows across multiple business functions. This role acts as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring requests are tracked, information is communicated effectively, and deliverables move through established processes efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. What You'll Do Serve as a primary contact for customer communications, providing updates and ensuring timely responses to requests. Coordinate customer projects, orders, and service activities from initiation through completion. Track and maintain account information, documentation, and project records within internal systems. Partner with operations, engineering, production, and other internal teams to facilitate customer requirements. Review customer specifications and documentation to ensure information is routed appropriately. Monitor project milestones, delivery schedules, and open action items to help keep work on track. Assist with preparing proposals, pricing documentation, and customer-facing materials. Maintain accurate records, reports, and account activity logs. Address customer concerns promptly and coordinate resolutions with the appropriate stakeholders. Support ongoing account management activities and strengthen long-term customer relationships. Assist with process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency. Provide administrative and coordination support for special projects and business initiatives. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism. QualificationsRequired High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus. Experience in customer support, account coordination, project coordination, operations support, or a related role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Proficiency with business software applications and data management systems. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Willingness to travel occasionally for training, meetings, or customer engagements. Preferred Experience working with ERP, CRM, project tracking, or other business management systems. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience supporting technical products, services, or projects. Bilingual communication skills are a plus. Strong problem-solving and customer relationship management abilities. Experience reviewing technical documentation, specifications, or project requirements. Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
