About Product Cloud Product Cloud is a leading e-commerce retailer specializing in niche markets for power equipment and forestry supplies. We provide high-quality products and replacement parts to customers across the country through our major marketplace presence on Amazon , eBay , and Walmart , as well as our dedicated direct-sales websites, Equipatron.com and AmericanForestry.com . We pride ourselves on combining technical expertise with a "customer-first" mission. Role Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the front-line expert helping our customers navigate our extensive catalog. You'll handle everything from identifying the right replacement engine for a commercial mower on Equipatron to assisting professional arborists with specialized gear on American Forestry. This is a multi-channel role where you'll move between phone, email, and live chat to provide technical support and order assistance.
Key Responsibilities Multi-Channel Support:
Respond to inquiries across all sales channels (Websites, Amazon, eBay, Walmart) via phone, email, and chat.
Technical Troubleshooting:
Use your mechanical knowledge to guide customers to the right engines, lawn/garden parts, and arborist/logging tools.
Order & Inventory Management:
Process orders and track shipments using Shopify and Linnworks .
Distribution Coordination:
Utilize Cloud Suite Distribution to check stock levels and manage backorders.
Customer Advocacy:
Act as a problem-solver for complex shipping or product issues, ensuring a "first-call resolution."
Preferred Qualifications & Experience Mechanical Aptitude:
Comfort reading parts diagrams and understanding technical specs.
Relevant Backgrounds:
While Lawn & Garden , Commercial Engines , or Tree Care experience is a major plus, we also highly value candidates with backgrounds in Automotive parts or HVAC .
Tech Savvy:
Proficiency in Shopify , Linnworks , and Cloud Suite Distribution is highly preferred.
Communication:
Ability to explain technical parts or engine specs clearly to both hobbyists and professional contractors.
Schedule & Compensation Type:
Full-Time preferred (approx. 40 hours/week).
Flexibility:
