Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8a-9p and Saturdays 8a-5p. Typical shifts are 10a-7p, 11a-8p and 12p-9p CST. The Customer Care Specialist will handle basic customer calls related to the upcoming system conversion and the customer transition associated with the American National Bank merger.
