This role plays a key part in keeping service work organized, on time, and aligned with customer expectations. You will work closely with technicians and customers to diagnose issues, provide accurate estimates, and ensure repairs are completed efficiently. This is a hands-on role that blends technical knowledge, leadership, and customer interaction. Key Responsibilities Monitor service schedules to ensure work is completed accurately and on time Supervise and support technicians and general service team members Assist with diagnostics and prepare repair estimates for customers Review completed inspections and recommend necessary repairs Communicate with customers to explain services and secure approvals Maintain inventory of parts and order replacement stock as needed Ensure shop equipment is clean, functioning, and properly maintained Identify and address equipment issues to minimize downtime Required Qualifications Strong customer service and sales skills Working knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance Minimum of 5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience Experience interacting directly with customers Supervisory or leadership experience Basic computer skills Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record ASE certifications
