Job Description

The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department, delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring vehicle service needs are accurately identified and communicated. This role is responsible for greeting customers, preparing repair orders, explaining recommended maintenance and repairs, coordinating with technicians, providing timely updates, and ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and accurately. The Service Advisor builds lasting customer relationships through professionalism, honesty, and outstanding communication while helping achieve dealership goals for customer satisfaction, service sales, and retention. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering an exceptional ownership experience from vehicle drop-off through delivery. Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease Answer customer questions about the service process Use CRM software to maintain a customer database Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred Valid state-issued driver's license and clean driving record are required Prior servgice experience in a dealership or showroom setting is preferred Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision Rosen Automotive is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
