Salary Range:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency with standard office software, including email and word processing. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a positive and helpful attitude. Provide clear and accurate information about insurance policies and agency services. Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and general account management. Help gather necessary information from clients for new policy applications or claims. Maintain organized and accurate customer records. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
