Job Description
Hiawatha is currently seeking a part- time Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities to include taking basic teller transactions, greeting customers with a smile, answering telephones, filing and much much more. Fast paced environment that requires critical thinking and multi-tasking.
If you have:
- Strong sense of professionalism and being able to maintain a high level of discretion
- High School diploma/GED required
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Outlook, Word & Excel
- 2+ years in a customer service role with cash handling experience
- Previous banking knowledge (Required)
