NOW HIRING - SERVICE WRITER

Join Our Growing Service Team! We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Service Writer to join our busy automotive service department. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator who can build lasting relationships with customers while effectively managing the repair and maintenance process from check-in to delivery.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers and accurately write repair orders Listen to customer concerns and clearly communicate recommended repairs and maintenance Provide accurate estimates and obtain customer authorization Communicate repair status and updates throughout the service process Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs Work closely with technicians and the service department to ensure an efficient workflow Review completed repairs with customers and explain work performed Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction Follow up with customers regarding recommended or declined services Meet department goals for customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous automotive Service Advisor/Writer experience preferred CDK experience is a plus Must have a valid driver's license Must be self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Automotive knowledge preferred Professional attitude and appearance Ability to work effectively as part of a team
