In this role, you'll provide exceptional service to our clients, helping them navigate their insurance needs while contributing to a supportive and thriving work environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with policy inquiries and coverage options. Process policy changes, renewals, and claims efficiently. Provide accurate quotes and information to potential customers. Educate clients on insurance products and services. Maintain client records and documentation with attention to detail. Resolve customer issues and concerns with a positive attitude. Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience. Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.

Requirements:

Must hold a valid Wisconsin insurance license. Previous experience in customer service or insurance preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. Proficient in using computer systems and software. Positive attitude and a passion for helping others. High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
