Primary Responsibilities:
Answering inbound phone calls, providing customer support, scheduling appointments Keeping records of customer interactions in our client database, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken Follow up client inquiries/issues not immediately resolved Recognizing, documenting and alerting the supervisor of any trends in customer calls Researching client billing issues Assisting our New Business Department Backup for reception duties Special projects and other administrative duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
High School Diploma; required Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook) Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Ability to multi-task Minimum one year of office or customer service experience; required State of WI Health and Life Licensure preferred but not required Spanish speaking is a plus!
