What You'll Be Doing:

Placing phone calls to prospective or existing clients using our friendly, easy-to-follow conversation scripts. Listening to customer needs and accurately explaining benefits. Answering basic questions and guiding customers through the enrollment or purchasing process. Maintaining accurate, simple notes in our computer database system.
