Professional Call Center Representative

We are seeking 12 energetic, motivated individuals to join our Manitowoc team! The ideal candidates will be responsible for outbound phone sales & customer service calls with an established 29 year client list. Duties

• Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Drive business development initiatives to expand the customer base, particularly in B2B sales
• Utilize sales techniques to promote products/services and achieve sales targets
• Implement upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities & build your own paycheck based on your personal performance
• Demonstrate proficiency in sales management practices to lead and motivate a sales team Skills
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
• Business development acumen with a focus on B2B sales strategies
• Ability to upsell products/services effectively
• Demonstrated success in lead generation activities
• Background in sales is beneficial
• Knowledge of basic computer skills
• Will train, no experience needed
