Job Description
Job Summary Feldsteins is seeking more Team members for both locations. Marinette and Green Bay locations. Must be goal driven, motivated people, lover to helping clients to have the ultimate experience. Must be open to have fun, loving their job, and working as hard as ever. No lazy people. No whiners. Jewelry experience NOT preferred. Work schedule-Tuesday-Friday 855am-5:00pm. Saturdays 855am-4:00pm.(Green Bay Location) -No time off November and December. •December we all work every day. We are open Sunday-Monday till Christmas Eve. Duties Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. Meet and greet customers at the front door. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Handle cash transactions Conduct outbound calls/texts to follow up with customers. Maintain a clean and organized office environment. Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues Being present at the store and on the sales floor. Skills Communication with the sales team. Listen and learn. Be a sponge. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication. Cash handling experience is beneficial for managing transactions. Competence in using computerized systems for tracking customer interactions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
