The Hangout is looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable team members to help create an unforgettable experience for every guest. Whether it's assisting players in Virtual Reality, helping set up birthday parties, or keeping our gaming stations running smoothly, every day is different! What You'll Do Welcome guests with a positive attitude. Help customers get started with VR experiences, gaming PCs, and game consoles. Monitor gaming equipment and assist with basic troubleshooting. Keep gaming areas clean, organized, and ready for the next players. Assist with birthday parties and private events. Answer phones, book reservations, and process payments. Recommend memberships, game time packages, and special promotions. Help create a fun, safe, and exciting environment for guests of all ages. What We're Looking For Friendly and outgoing personality. Reliable and punctual. Comfortable using computers and technology. Willing to learn new gaming systems and VR equipment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Able to lift up to 30 lbs and be on your feet during shifts. Evening and weekend availability is preferred. Experience No gaming industry experience is required—we'll train the right person!
