Job Overview World Famous Sausage Company needs additional Holiday Elves!!! Looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives for full-time weekday and part-time weekend positions. Responsibilities Will be working on phones and web to process orders and requests Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support Capture customer and payment information Respond promptly to customer enquiries Must learn about products so customer questions can be answered Must become familiar with holiday shpping rules and deadlines by carrier Qualifications Previous customer service experience required Must be able to process orders, make modifications and escalate issues Organization, accuracy and attention to detail is a must. Full-time; Monday
- Friday; 8am
- 5pm Part-Time; Saturday & Sunday; Sat 8am
- 5pm and Sun 9am
- 3pm
