•Agent(e) du service à la clientèle (piste) - Canada (https://delta.avature.net/customerserviceagentFR33455) As a Baggage Handler/Ramp Operator, you will work with an innovative team whose common goal is to ensure that our customers' baggage and cargo arrives safely and on time to drive a positive customer experience. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

+ Safely lift,load, unload, and transport baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft

+ Responsible foron-time connections by guiding incoming and departing aircrafts from thegate positions

+ Safeguard cargo,baggage and mail from damage, loss, and weather

+ Safely drive andoperate ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors inareas of congestion

+ Repeatedly liftand load baggage onto carts and ensure each bag reaches its destination

+ Operate baggagescanners and computers to ensure baggage and cargo are routed correctly tothe passenger's destination

+ Practices safetyconscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

+ Have a high school diploma or

GED/CAEC

equivalent

+ Consistently makes safety andsecurity, of self and others, the priority

+ Embraces a diverse set of people,thinking, and styles

+ Be at least 18 years of age

+ Frequently lift bags or itemsweighing up to and including 80 pounds

+ Be authorized to live and work inthe country you are applying to

+ Possess entry-level computerskills

+ Strong verbal and writtencommunication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation

+ Be willing to work a fixed and/orrotating schedule including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays

+ Must be fluent, both written andorally, in English

+ Must be fluent, both written andorally, in French _(if the position is in YUL)_

+ Must currently hold a validCanadian driver's license What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

+ Possession of avalid Canada RAIC and D/A license

+ Airport rampagent and general airport operations experience.

+ Knowledge ofrelevant airport technology.
