Duties Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Assist clients with product information, quote processing, billing questions, claims and troubleshooting issues Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer requests, gather information, or scheduling appointments Manage data entry tasks accurately within CRM systems and maintain detailed records of customer interactions Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to resolve problems effectively and enhance client satisfaction Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and ensure consistent client communication across channels Qualifications Proven experience in customer support positions is highly preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills for data entry and client management Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism Technical proficiency to quickly learn new software tools Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to resolve customer concerns effectively and professionally Enthusiasm for helping clients succeed is essential Wisconsin Property/Casualty Insurance License, or the willingness to obtain license Insurance background is a plus, but not required Must be able to pass background check Join us as a Customer Service Associate where your energy fuels exceptional service!
