Job Description
Mukwonago Animal Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our busy 8 doctor small animal practice. The candidate we are seeking will possess a positive attitude and have excellent skills in the following areas: client service, sales, communication, and multi-tasking. We are looking for someone with a great attitude, outgoing personality, high level of computer proficiency and exceptional telephone communication skills. Receptionists skills include responsibility for managing multiple phone lines, managing email correspondence, scheduling appointments, preparing medication, greeting clients, check ins/check outs, processing payments, client education, and ensuring that the reception area of the clinic is clean and presentable at all times. Most importantly, applicants must be team players who enjoy working as part of a team in a high energy, fast paced environment. Priority will be given to applicants with experience working in the veterinary field. Our hours of operation are Monday - Thursday 7:30 am-7:00 pm, Friday 7:30am to 6:00pm.
