Sales Service Representative Location:
Neenah Schedule:
8am - 430pm
Status:
Hourly $19/hr to start Overview We're looking for a customer-focused Sales Service Representative to join our client's team. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers handling quotes, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth experience from inquiry to delivery. Your ability to respond quickly, communicate clearly, and solve problems will directly impact customer satisfaction and business growth. What You'll Do
  • Respond to customer requests for quotes and orders
  • Review order details and specifications to ensure accuracy
  • Enter product and order information into internal systems
  • Provide product information, capabilities, and recommendations to customers
  • Make proactive outbound calls to support existing accounts and develop new business
  • Partner with scheduling and purchasing teams to prioritize and expedite orders
  • Track order progress and keep customers informed on status updates
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer concerns and help drive resolution
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, including production
  • Participate in team meetings and follow established processes and reporting methods What We're Looking For
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2+ years of related customer service, sales support, or similar experience
  • Printing industry experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
