Shift Requirements Pay Rate:

$19/hour 2nd

Shift Differential:

$20/hour (12:00 PM-9:00 PM, Monday-Friday)

Schedule:

1st

Shift:

10:00 AM-7:00 PM 2nd

Shift:

12:00 PM-9:00 PM Must be available every other Saturday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Flex day off during the week when working Saturday. Confirm candidate preference for 1st or 2nd shift.

Onsite Green Bay

  • First preference Stevens Point
  • Second preference Hales Corner
  • Third preference
Training:

First 4 weeks: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM No Saturdays during training. Week 1: Classroom ½ day; shadowing ½ day Week 2: Classroom ½ day; computer system navigation ½ day while shadowing Week 3: Full shadow/reverse shadow with lead representative support Week 4: Ideally handling calls independently

Openings:

12 confirmed; client may hire 15+ candidates due to potential training attrition. Strong performers may be considered for conversion.

Candidate Background:

Financial services experience is a plus but not required. Call center experience is preferred but not required. Customer service experience is required; retail, fast food, serving, or similar experience is acceptable. Must be comfortable learning and navigating multiple computer systems. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Empathy, customer care, and a positive attitude are required. Average 50-60 calls per day. High school diploma preferred; Bachelor's degree is acceptable. Attendance is essential, especially during training. Limited absences during the 90-day assignment. Healthcare experience is acceptable if the candidate is comfortable with strict schedules and a corporate office environment. Avoid Spectrum and We Energies candidates in Hales Corner.

Virtual screen with site manager

Second Round:

In-person interview, meet-and-greet, and job shadow

When was the last time your leader had a conversation with you about attendance? On a scale of 1-10, how comfortable are you with technology? What is the best customer service experience you have ever delivered?
