Customer Service Representative Wisconsin Lighting / Fenchel Shades New Richmond, WI Wisconsin Lighting is a locally and family-owned company in New Richmond, Wisconsin. We manufacture custom lamp shades right here in the USA and take pride in providing quality products and great customer service. We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is a great fit for someone who is friendly, dependable, organized, and comfortable working with customers while keeping track of multiple orders and details. What You'll Do Answer customer questions by phone and email in a friendly and professional manner Assist customers with product questions, pricing, orders, shipping, returns, and general concerns Enter and process customer orders accurately Follow up with customers regarding order status, shipping, payments, and other questions Communicate with customers about custom products, dimensions, fabrics, colors, and other product details Handle customer concerns and work toward finding appropriate solutions Process returns, replacements, and other customer service requests Provide tracking information and assist customers with shipping questions Communicate with our production, warehouse, and other team members to keep orders moving Maintain accurate customer and order information Assist with invoices, payments, and other basic office/customer service tasks Work with online orders and customers from various sales platforms Help with other office and customer service duties as needed What We're Looking For Customer service experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Comfortable talking with customers over the phone and communicating by email Good attention to detail and accuracy Ability to stay organized and keep track of multiple orders at once Comfortable using a computer and learning new software and systems Ability to work independently while also being part of a team Dependable and willing to take ownership of your work Positive attitude and willingness to learn Manufacturing, home décor, e-commerce, or order processing experience is a plus The Right Person for This Job We are looking for someone who is a go-getter and takes pride in doing things correctly. Our customer service team works closely with customers and our production and warehouse teams, so communication and follow-through are very important. You don't need to know everything about our products when you start. We will train the right person who is willing to learn and ask questions.

Schedule & Pay Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30

PM Pay:

$17.00+/hour, depending on experience
