In this contract-to-permanent opportunity, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by managing orders, coordinating communication, and partnering with internal teams to ensure every customer interaction is handled with accuracy and care. + Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers by delivering responsive, friendly, and customer-focused support.

+ Guide new customers through the account setup process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed on time.

+ Coordinate and track daily shipments for assigned accounts, helping ensure products arrive as expected.

+ Keep customers informed with timely updates on order status, shipment details, and delivery expectations.

+ Communicate production schedules and anticipated timelines to help customers plan effectively.

+ Investigate customer questions and concerns, collaborate with internal teams, and drive issues through to resolution.

+ Process customer credit card payments through the company's online payment platform.

+ Respond to inquiries regarding invoices, shipping documentation, certificates, safety forms, and other order-related requests.

+ Work closely with Production, Shipping, Accounting, Sales, and Marketing teams to provide a seamless customer experience. What We're Looking For
