Job Description

Seasonal Customer Service Support Location
  • Oshkosh, WI Schedule
  • Part-time Day shift M-F 8am start (30+hrs a week) Pay
  • $17.10 per hr. Role Summary
  • Resolving order and customer issues in a positive and efficient manner over the phone and/or computer.
Reviewing orders that have been flagged for errors and contacting the consumer to correct concerns. Lots of variety within the day which creates opportunities for cross training. Responsibilities may include answering incoming calls, making outgoing calls, prolonged computer use, confident use of Microsoft products, and other clerical tasks as needed. Ideal Applicant
  • This role is ideal for an individual that works well independently, maintains a positive attitude, and finds satisfaction in problem solving. A background in call centers or other fast paced customer service roles is preferred but not necessary. Role Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Ability to use a computer for extended times
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Effective communication skills in both verbal and written settings #IND7
