Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative- $55,000/year
Location:
Pleasant Prairie, WI Job Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday- only shift available: 12PM (Noon)
- 9PM
- Must have weekend flexibility and the ability to work second shift (seen above).

Responsibilities:
Be the primary connection: Serve as the main liaison between the company and our OTR drivers, ensuring their needs and concerns are met with swift and effective solutions.Proactive support:
Provide timely assistance with trip planning, routing, and scheduling, ensuring every delivery is on time.Collaboration at its best:
Work closely with dispatch, maintenance, and other departments to address and resolve any driver issues.Crisis management:
Handle emergency situations with confidence and provide drivers with the necessary guidance to navigate challenges.Detailed records:
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all driver interactions and issues, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.Positive relationships:
Foster a supportive and professional relationship with drivers, promoting a positive work environment.Regular check-ins:
Conduct routine check-ins to ensure drivers' well-being and job satisfaction.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics, transportation, or related fields is a plus. 1-2 years of experience in logistics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in using computer systems and software, including MS Office. Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation industry standards is preferred. Flexibility to work the 12 PM- 9 PM shift, including some nights and weekends, to support our drivers' varying schedules.
