RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide Excellent Customer Service:

Have outstanding communication in person, over the phone, and over email with customers. Provide accurate repair estimates and advise customers about repairs, parts, and warranty details. Pay Attention to

Details:

Assist in collecting complete and accurate customer, vehicle, and scheduling information

Ensure Organization:

Maintain the service customer database, write prepare orders, and keep all team members and documentation up to date

Ensure Approval of Warranty Claims:

Complete all warranty documentation as required by the manufacturer. Work as a

Team:

Maintain open communication with management, fellow advisors, and technicians. Complete work in a

Timely Manner:

Ensure that all services and paperwork are completed quickly and efficiently in order to best serve our customers

SUCCESS TRAITS

Candidates that will find themselves successful in this position are: Able to Multi-task Excellent Communicator Efficient Reliable Detail Oriented Professional Team Oriented Service/Parts Experience (Preferred but not required) This is a full-time position with pay ranging from $45,000-$70,000, depending upon the individual's experience and performance. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and be able to successfully complete pre-employment background and motor vehicle record (MVR) screenings, consistent with applicable law.
