Bull Falls Harley-Davidson of Wausau, WI has a great opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor and/or Parts specialist to join our dealership! Bull Falls Harley-Davidson is a high performing dealership that strives for excellent customer service, and we would like you to join our team. Because we are a high volume dealership that stays busy year-round, we are looking to add an experienced Service Advisor/Parts Associate who can help drive our departments to the next level. We offer a competitive base pay plus commission, 401k with generous company match, paid vacation, health insurance, employee discounts, life insurance, and onsite training. Our ideal candidate would have excellent communication and coaching skills, advanced knowledge of Harley-Davidson parts and accessories, and basic knowledge of motorcycle repair and maintenance. We'll train the rest. Job Requirements Motorcycle riding experience and knowledge is preferred At least 1 year of previous Service Advisor/ Parts experience preferred but, we can train candidates from other industries such as automotive, powersports, or marine. Knowledge and experience with servicing Harley-Davidson motorcycles is a plus. Superior communication and customer service skills. Ability to get along with a broad customer base. We Offer Competitive base pay with commission Ongoing professional training Medical & Dental Insurance 401(k) Retirement w/company match Life insurance Employee discounts Paid Vacation Responsibilities Assist parts & service director in maintaining a smooth running and efficient service/parts department, with a high degree of customer satisfaction Diagnose problems accurately, and clearly describe them on the repair order Estimate repair costs and job completion times at point of sale. Clearly communicate them to customer Assign jobs to technicians based on skill level and current resource utilization Review work-in-progress to ensure quality and timeliness Determine correct part numbers on repair orders and assist the parts department Work directly with customers on Parts & Accessories purchases Perform cashier functions, as needed Make estimates for internal trades and damage repairs Open & close all customer paid, warranty, and internal repair orders Follow procedures for quick and efficient handling of warranty items, Become familiar and efficient with all phases of the computer system Handle phone calls promptly and efficiently Maintain a clean and well stocked department Assist in department inventory management. Stay up to date on product knowledge and monthly Harley-Davidson training.
