Enter and process customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently. Support sales team members with customer requests. Communicate with customers and vendors regarding order status, lead times, shipping, and product information. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Service, Warehouse). Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Comfortable working with Adobe PDF tools. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Organized and dependable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Quick learner with the ability to apply new concepts to daily work. Experience with Sage 100 or similar ERP systems. Prior customer service or order processing experience.
