Veterinary Customer Service Representative

What You'll Do:

As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll: Greet clients and their pets with warmth and compassion Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently Provide clear, supportive communication during both happy and stressful moments Process payments and maintain accurate records Work closely with our veterinary team to ensure a smooth, positive experience for every visit Help create a welcoming, organized, and upbeat clinic environment You'll play a huge role in shaping each client's experience — and we truly value that.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Is able to work full time (+35 hours) Has a genuine love for animals and the people who love them Communicates clearly and kindly Stays calm and professional in busy or emotional situations Enjoys multitasking and staying organized Has previous veterinary or medical front desk experience (preferred, but the right personality goes a long way!)
