Position Summary The Customer Service Representative provides administrative and customer support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This position serves as a primary point of contact for customers while assisting with order processing, office administration, reporting, and general clerical duties. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Welcome and assist visitors, customers, vendors, and delivery personnel. Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email regarding products, orders, and services. Process customer orders accurately and maintain customer records. Provide product information and assist customers with requests. Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up. Prepare reports including production, customer activity, scrap logs, and completed orders. Maintain organized customer files, office records, and documentation. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries. Order and maintain office supplies. Perform filing, scanning, copying, data entry, and other administrative duties. Provide film samples to customers when requested. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information. Support office operations and other departments as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with data entry. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Professional, dependable, and customer-focused. Working Conditions Office environment with regular computer and telephone use. Frequent sitting with occasional standing and walking throughout the facility. Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds. Regular interaction with customers, vendors, and production personnel.
