BAR Automotive, in partnership with Fixed Ops Docs®, is conducting a search on behalf of a well-established automotive dealership in Stanley, Wisconsin. We are looking for a professional Service Advisor who knows how to take care of guests, communicate clearly, and help people confidently make informed decisions about their vehicles. This is not an order-taking position. We are looking for someone who can build trust, set clear expectations, present all recommended maintenance and repairs, and keep guests informed throughout the entire service experience. The right person understands that strong performance starts with listening to the guest, identifying their needs, and consistently following the complete process.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Greet every guest professionally and make them feel expected Perform a complete service write-up and gather accurate vehicle information Review maintenance history, recalls, and previously declined services Clearly explain technician findings and recommendations Present all available maintenance and repair options without making decisions for the guest Maintain consistent communication throughout the repair process Work closely with technicians, parts, and service leadership Follow established processes for documentation and follow-up Build long-term relationships that create repeat and referral business

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Automotive service advisor experience is preferred Strong communication, organization, and follow-through Ability to confidently explain maintenance and repair recommendations Comfortable working in a performance-based environment Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement Ability to manage multiple guests and repair orders without sacrificing the experience Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

$60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
