Description:
Customer Support Specialists - On-Site in Stevens Point, WI - $20/hour Be part of a team providing top notch service to its customers! We are looking for Customer Support Specialists for our reputable client in Stevens Point. This person will provide support to the Client Account team.
Duties:
Processing renewals and creating communication using mail merge in Word, Mailchimp and other tools
Loading documents into document archive
Delivering mail items to team members
Assisting to monitor a shared team inbox and responding to requests
Maintaining accurate account information in database
Working with higher level staff to problem solve
Assisting with creating portal accounts and maintaining links for customers
Transferring data from English to foreign language translations
Special projects as assigned This position pays $20/hour and will work 8am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday. This opportunity is expected to last through May 2027.
Requirements:
- Ability to develop thorough product knowledge
- Knowledge of computers and skill in programs including MS Office, SQL and Salesforce (or ability to be trained in programs)
- Multi-tasking ability
- Detail oriented
