Job Description

The Rehab Assistant/Customer Service Rep. will assist patients, therapists, and other medical professionals in a pleasant manner, working as part of a highly effective, experienced support team.
Responsibilities include:
registration/scheduling processes, assisting therapists, phone duties, and other clerical tasks.
Education Required :
High school graduate (GED) preferred or equivalent experience required; Medical Terminology preferred, but not required.
Related Years of Experience Required:
Six months related experience preferred.
Credential/Licensure Required :
BLS certified (training provided); Wisconsin Driver's license.
Shift:
Working 32 hours a week, primarily at the Sturgeon Bay location, could be asked to float to Sister Bay, or Algoma sites if needed. Experience Preferred Six months related experience Education Required High School or better Preferred General Education Diploma or better Technical/other training or better Licenses & Certifications Required
