Customer Service Rep (CSR)

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who can stay calm under pressure, move quickly, and deliver an exceptional experience every time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

This role is 100% on site Monday - Friday Answer phones & book service calls Work with other customer service representatives and dispatchers to achieve daily goals Gather, input, and process all necessary information & data into Service Titan Effectively utilize appropriate scripts Properly complete paperwork in a timely manor Digital dexterity to effectively utilize new & existing technologies Monitor social media booking platforms Contact customers that have requested after hours service
