Job Description

Client Experience & Process Automation Specialist Build relationships. Create accurate solutions. Improve processes. Help shape a smarter client experience. At Lauterbach Group , great client service goes beyond answering questions and processing orders. It means understanding our clients, translating their needs into accurate product solutions, solving problems, improving how work gets done, and using technology to make the experience simpler and more efficient. We're looking for a Client Experience & Process Automation Specialist who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and finding better ways to work. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is client-focused, highly detail-oriented, technology-forward, and naturally curious . Someone who doesn't just complete the task but asks: "Is there a better way to do this?" You'll work directly with clients while partnering across internal teams to create product specifications, manage ticket and order entry, strengthen client relationships, improve workflows, support digital solutions, and identify opportunities to reduce manual work through process improvement and automation. ---
What You'll Do Build High-Value Client Relationships:
You'll be more than a point of contact. You'll become a trusted partner who understands your clients and helps deliver an exceptional experience. Build and maintain high-value relationships with assigned clients. Serve as a key connection between clients and internal teams. Communicate proactively and professionally throughout the client relationship. Respond to questions, troubleshoot issues, and help drive timely resolutions. Bring client feedback and opportunities back into the organization.
Translate Client Needs Into Accurate Product Solutions:
Attention to detail matters. You'll help ensure customer requirements are converted into clear, accurate information that allows our teams to deliver. Create and maintain accurate product specifications based on client requirements. Complete ticket and order entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Review order and specification information for completeness and accuracy. Coordinate with clients and internal partners to clarify requirements and resolve discrepancies. Help ensure specifications, artwork, timelines, and order expectations remain aligned. Maintain accurate information across relevant systems and workflows.
Improve How Work Gets Done:
We don't want someone who simply follows a process. We want someone who is curious enough to help make the process better. Evaluate client and internal workflows to identify bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and unnecessary steps. Recommend and help implement practical process improvements. Partner with Sales, Operations, Prepress, Production, Logistics, and other teams to improve the client experience.
Champion Technology & Automation:
Technology should make the experience easier for both our clients and our teams. Support technologies including our OmniMark ordering platform, artwork workflows, ERP systems, and HubSpot CRM. Test new processes and digital solutions and provide thoughtful feedback. --- What We're Looking For We're looking for a relationship builder, problem solver, and process thinker who understands that exceptional client service requires both strong personal relationships and strong execution. Preferred Experience 3+ years of experience in customer/client success, account management, customer experience, business operations, process improvement, or a related field. Experience working with both external customers and internal cross-functional teams. Experience with product specifications, order entry, ticket management, or similar detailed transactional processes . Experience identifying or implementing process or workflow improvements. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working across multiple technology platforms. Experience with any of the following is a plus, but not required: Process automation or continuous improvement ERP or CRM systems such as HubSpot Product specification or order-management systems Client onboarding or training Digital ordering or self-service platforms Manufacturing, printing, labels, or packaging Artwork or prepress workflows --- Why Lauterbach Group?
