Gordie Boucher Village Ford of Thiensville is looking to hire a Service Writer
POSITION
: Gordie Boucher Village Ford of Thiensville is looking to hire a Service Advisor. Job duties include but are not limited to, determining automotive problems and services by listening to customer's descriptions of symptoms; clarifying the description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules. Preparing repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into a service database system. All resumes received will be held in the highest confidence.
REQUIREMENTS
Ford & CDK experience preferred. Must have equipment maintenance and product knowledge. The ideal candidate should be a motivated self-starter, outgoing, proactive, willing to learn, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude. Must have top-rated CSI standards and a focus on world-class customer service.
