This role blends client success, project leadership, and business development, requiring someone who can build trusted relationships, guide decision-making, and uncover opportunities that drive long-term value. This position is based in Verona, Wisconsin, with regular travel to our Lake Delton location during the initial training period. It offers the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships while contributing to business growth. Successful candidates will enjoy collaborating with clients, solving problems, coordinating projects, and identifying opportunities to create long-term value for both the client and Econoprint. As a client experience specialist, you will act as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and third-party resources, ensuring projects are executed successfully while helping clients achieve their broader business objectives. Client Success & Account Consulting Project Coordination Utilize estimating and production management systems to coordinate project deliverables. Serve as the central point of project alignment by validating all project communication, documentation, and specifications to ensure accuracy, quality, and mutual understanding of project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria. Track project progress across design, proofing, production, installation, and fulfillment teams. Ensure seamless communication as liaison between clients and operational departments throughout the project lifecycle. Strategic Relationship Management Serve as the primary strategic advisor for assigned client accounts. Build and maintain long-term relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and measurable results. Develop an understanding of each client's business, industry, goals, challenges, and growth initiatives. Advocate for client needs internally while balancing operational capabilities and business objectives. Guide clients through project planning, execution, and implementation. Monitor project performance, client satisfaction, and overall account health. Lead client introductory meetings, project kickoff sessions, and ongoing needs assessments. Collaborate with clients to develop long-term visual communication strategies. Identify opportunities for clients to improve efficiency, brand consistency, customer engagement, and market presence. Development & Growth Consulting Collaborative Solution Development Partner with internal and external creative, production, installation, and vendor teams to develop customized client solutions. Align internal resources around client objectives to ensure recommendations are practical, scalable, and profitable. Translate client challenges into actionable solutions that drive both client success and business growth. Account Growth Proactively identify new and expanded solution opportunities within existing accounts. Support the acquisition of new clients through relationship-building, networking, referrals, and prospect engagement. Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitive activity to uncover new opportunities. Analyze account performance and project outcomes to provide proactive recommendations. Develop and present tailored recommendations for Econoprint's visual tools based on client needs, market conditions, and organizational goals. Education and Experience:
Consulting or sales experience in a print, sign, or visual communication related industry preferred. 3-5 years of customer service, account management, client success, project coordination, or related experience preferred. Associate's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in commercial printing, signage, marketing services, or visual communications. Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously. Experience with estimating, CRM, ERP, or project management software. Experience coordinating projects in a manufacturing or production environment. Experience presenting recommendations, solutions, or business strategies to clients. Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for account growth and long-term client success.
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time position (37+ hours per week) Monday-Friday schedule Starting at $28/hour, with higher compensation available based on experience and qualifications. As experience, client relationships, and account responsibilities grow, this position offers the opportunity to transition into a performance-based compensation structure that rewards account growth and client success.
Training & Travel Requirements:
During the onboarding and training period (typically 4-6 months, depending on individual progress), employees will regularly work from both our Verona and Lake Delton locations. Training will include scheduled travel to our Lake Delton office multiple days per week to support hands-on learning, mentorship, and collaboration with experienced team members.
