In this position, you'll be responsible for processing and managing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency while collaborating with customers, drafting, and production teams to ensure every order is completed correctly and on time. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented role where attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and overall business success. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Accurately enter customer orders into the manufacturing system. Communicate with customers to gather and clarify purchase order information. Partner with the drafting team to confirm and update order details. Maintain organized files and documentation related to customer orders. Support the Customer Experience team by assisting with quote requests from the quotes queue. Provide backup support for incoming customer phone calls and inquiries. Assist with order processing for Key and Target Accounts as assigned. Collaborate across departments to help ensure customers receive the correct products on time. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Experience One year of experience in order entry, customer service, or inside sales preferred. Experience in a technical or manufacturing environment preferred. Power Transmission industry knowledge is a plus. Skills & Key Attributes Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent comprehension, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong memory retention and ability to learn technical product information. Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to accuracy and service excellence. Physical Requirements Ability to work at a desk and operate a computer for up to 8 hours per day.
