This is not a traditional high-volume call center position. In this role, you'll support customers and sales representatives by processing custom orders, providing quotations, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams including Engineering and Warehouse Operations. New hires will begin as Order Processing Representatives , gaining hands-on experience with our systems, products, and processes while receiving extensive training. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning technical products, and providing exceptional customer support.
