  • COBRA Administration include but are not limited to: Perform clerical duties including data entry, document processing, file maintenance, and records management.
Manage team inventory and process COBRA rate renewals with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Answer incoming member phone calls, resolve inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service during peak enrollment periods. Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining workflow efficiency and supporting team operations in a fast-paced office environment. Candidates for the Customer Service Representative
  • COBRA Administration position must meet the following requirements to be considered: Previous customer service, administrative, clerical, or call center experience.
Strong data entry, organizational, and time management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting. High School Diploma or GED preferred. What's in this Customer Service Representative

Pay Details:
