What You'll Handle As a full-time Customer Service Representative at our Wausau branch, you'll help customers with everyday banking needs and keep things running smoothly at the front line. You're here to make visits easy, accurate, and welcoming.

Key responsibilities include:

Greeting customers and assisting with routine teller transactions and account requests Handling cash with strong attention to detail and balancing work accurately Spotting opportunities to connect customers with the right products/services Using bank systems to complete work efficiently while juggling multiple requests Required qualifications/skills: High school diploma or equivalent Customer service, cash handling and/or sales experience (a plus) Solid computer skills and clear, friendly communication Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced setting If you like helping people and take pride in getting the details right, apply today. Your Typical Shift You'll arrive, get set up, and check what the day has in store-then it's on to a steady rhythm of customer conversations, quick questions, and "thanks for your help!" moments. Between lobby traffic and phone calls, you'll stay focused, keep your work tidy, and lean on teammates when things pick up. Most weekdays fall between 7:45 AM-5:15 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 8:45 AM-12:15 PM-just enough weekend time to keep life balanced. You'll wrap up by ensuring everything is in order so the next day starts on a strong note.
