Come change the game with us. Apply today! We are looking to hire a part -time eCustomer Care Specialist , a role that is vital to our company's success. You will be responsible for interacting with our customers through email and live chat while providing a positive customer experience through compassion and problem-solving. This position is located in our Wausau, Wisconsin office.
Scheduling:
Hours are available Monday-Friday 7am-9pm. You will set your own availability for scheduling with a minimum of 8 hours of availability per week required.
Training start date:
Monday, October 26 You will attend 3 weeks of Customer Care Training Monday-Friday from either 8am-12:30pm or 4pm-8:30pm. Additionally, there will be in-department training during your regularly scheduled shifts. What our employees say they love most about working here: Their coworkers!

welcoming & sense of belonging Recognition and appreciation from leadership Problem-solving and helping customers Learning about the business Laid back environment Weekends off Responsibilities Provide customer service via e-mail and live chat regarding questions or concerns around orders placed online, loyalty program membership, product availability, etc. Document and handle all in-store customer service issues, including responding to legal concerns Complete appropriate follow-up actions for order and service resolution, including entering customer information and notes into the order management system Speak with internal and external customers directly over the phone or via email to resolve concerns as needed Assist with customer service phone call volume as needed Qualifications Demonstrated computer proficiency, including multi-tasking and the a bility to type 30+ words per minute Excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive attitude and a solutions-oriented mindset #LI-AE1 Benefits Pay rate: $16.00 / hr 30-50% employee discount Casual dress code - wear your sneakers to work!
