Join a Team That Helps Farmers Succeed Premier Cooperative is seeking a Feed Member Service Representative (MSR) to join our team in Westby. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, solving problems, and supporting customers in the agriculture industry. Whether you have experience in agriculture, customer service, animal nutrition, or office administration, this role offers an opportunity to build relationships and make a difference for the farming operations we serve every day. What You'll Do Build positive relationships with feed customers and provide exceptional service. Process feed orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate deliveries and work closely with feed manufacturing and transportation teams. Maintain customer accounts and assist with billing, pricing, and inquiries. Communicate product information, promotions, and service updates to customers. Support feed sales efforts and help identify opportunities to grow customer business. Assist with inventory, reporting, and administrative activities. Serve as a key point of contact for customers, employees, and vendors. What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Computer proficiency and comfort learning business systems. Agricultural or livestock knowledge is helpful but not required. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
