Customer Support / Sales Representative About the Role Join our team in partnership with a next-generation satellite communications company delivering high-speed, low-latency internet from space. This groundbreaking technology connects customers in rural, suburban, and underserved areas where traditional broadband solutions fail to reach. As a Customer Support / Sales Representative, you'll be on the front lines helping customers stay connected anywhere on Earth. You'll combine top-tier customer service with inbound sales interactions, educating customers on product features, uncovering connectivity issues, recommending tailored plans, and closing sales—all while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Customer support:
Assist with equipment activation, password resets, service plan management, and general inquiries.
Sales promotion:
Engage prospective customers, explain product benefits, and recommend tailored solutions.
Order processing:
Complete service requests, negotiate when needed, and update customer information.
Customer experience:
Create positive interactions through empathy, patience, and problem resolution.
Performance goals:
Meet and exceed sales targets, conversion goals, and quality metrics.
Collaboration:
Work with leaders and trainers to continuously improve product knowledge. Requirements Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telecommunications preferred (training provided). Strong communication and active listening skills. Ability to simplify technical information for everyday customers. Goal-driven mindset with passion for helping customers. Comfortable using computers, multiple systems, and communication tools. Flexibility to work various shifts. High school diploma or equivalent required.
