Job Description

Mountain State Insurance Agency is seeking an experienced, licensed Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented insurance professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional client service, managing complex accounts, and working collaboratively with producers, clients, and carrier partners. You'll play a key role in helping clients navigate risk management challenges while utilizing modern technology and workflows designed to improve efficiency and service quality. We continually invest in technology, automation, and process improvement to help our team spend less time on administrative work and more time serving clients. What You'll Do Manage day-to-day service requests for commercial insurance clients Process policy changes, certificates, audits, renewals, and endorsements Assist in the marketing and renewal process for commercial accounts Gather and analyze underwriting information for carrier submissions Build strong relationships with clients, producers, and carrier partners Participate in client meetings and assist with account strategy discussions Review policies and carrier documents for accuracy Maintain accurate agency management system records and documentation Proactively identify opportunities to improve client retention and service Collaborate with team members to ensure a high-quality client experience Support agency initiatives, strategic projects, and workflow improvements
Qualifications Required:
