The United Federal Credit Union is looking for a dependable, member-focused person to join us as a Floating Member Service Representative. In this role you'll work across our branches rather than at a single location, providing teller and member service support wherever the need is greatest that day. You'll be based out of our Cheat Lake branch in Morgantown, WV, with regular travel to our Star City branch in Morgantown and to our Uniontown and Mount Pleasant branches in Pennsylvania. Mileage is reimbursed for travel between branches. The schedule is Monday through Friday — you won't be regularly scheduled on Saturdays, though you may occasionally be asked to help cover one. Floating is the fastest way to learn this credit union. You'll see how every branch runs, work alongside every team, and build the kind of broad knowledge that positions you for advancement here. Our most recent head teller promotion went to someone who came up through this role. What you'll do Serve members with accuracy and care — process transactions promptly, confidentially, and correctly Build genuine relationships with members and respond to requests helpfully and positively Learn our products and services, and explain them to members — consumer and mortgage loans, IRAs, certificates, debit cards, online banking, money orders Maintain current working knowledge of teller policies, procedures, and regulations. Count, check, and package coin and currency Balance your drawer at the end of each shift, research any discrepancies, and report them to your supervisor Keep your station stocked and report equipment problems promptly Process night depository bags per credit union procedure Pitch in wherever the branch needs you What we're looking for High school diploma or equivalent A valid driver's license and reliable transportation — this role requires travel between branches Care about accuracy, and the honesty to flag a mistake rather than hope it balances Comfort talking with people and building rapport Willingness to learn — we'll teach you credit union operations if you bring the right attitude Comfort with computers and the ability to pick up new software Prior customer service or financial institution experience is helpful but not required
