Cashier/Customer Service

Captain Holsteins is looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable Cashiers to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, cashiers play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, family entertainment environment. Key Responsibilities Greet all guests with a positive and welcoming attitude Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Operate the register and handle cash, card, and digital payments Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions Assist guests with questions about food, pricing, and attractions Keep the front counter clean, stocked, and organized Work closely with kitchen, playground, and party staff to ensure smooth operations Help with light cleaning duties and restocking as needed Follow all company policies and procedures
