Your ability to communicate effectively and manage guest relations will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, including processing payments and issuing room keys. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing solutions to enhance their stay. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations in the hotel management system. Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while assisting callers. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Promote hotel amenities and services to guests, enhancing their overall experience. Assist in managing online reviews and feedback from guests to improve service quality. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous. Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. A team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
